Design-build project in collaboration with owners
Complete re-model and update of existing interior, exterior and mechanical systems
Interior program includes a new open plan, loft-like kitchen, dining and living room along with an isolated Master Suite on top floor to maximize light and views to Aspen Mountain
Update and remodeling includes installation of all new surfaces, plaster walls, hardwood, stone and carpeted flooring, stone and tiled bathrooms, counters and fireplace surrounds, custom kitchen, mixed wood ceiling and wall paneling.
Exterior remodeling includes new windows and doors, metal roof, custom metal details at exterior trim with accented stucco exterior.
